Our online claim form is simple and easy to complete and will enable us to investigate and respond to your application quickly.
You should have received a query number from our Customer Service team prior to filling in this form. For further details see our claims process.
Minimum claim value accepted for processing is Five Dollars ($5 NZD).
Freight costs are not eligible for refund when making a claim.
All claims processed will be in the form of a credit to the account that the item travelled under.
